Full-Time Executive Director/Lead Organizer
For an anti-racist justice advocacy organization in Riverton, Wyoming, and Wind River Indian Reservation. RPM’s mission is to address bordertown violence, with current goals around the needs of the unhoused
and supporting tribal sovereignty through grassroots community organizing.

Job description:

To be responsible to the board of directors to implement RPM’s mission and goals through leadership and funds development, community organizing for power, relationship building, strategic planning, financial management, and day-to-day operations.

Starting Salary: $50,000

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of Indigenous and U.S. tribal issues.

• Master’s degree or equivalent in work experience.

• Excellent communication skills, including with social media.

• Skills in funds development, including grant applications, and financial management.

• Promotes leadership development and community engagement.

• Commitment to the mission and goals of RPM.

• If selected, to live within the community.
